4Tfy - Train The Technical Trainer
The program covers the following:
-Overview of Trainer Competencies
-Building professional presence
-Ways to connect with a diverse audience
-Flowing and Structuring your content
-Facilitation techniques
-Creative ways to transfer knowledge
-Managing disruptions with resilience
Each participant is coached one-one by our senior coaches, based on recording and playback of short but real sessions that are delivered by the participants during the training, thus highlighting the strengths and areas of improvement.
2 days + 1 day (teachback and coaching)
Domain Experts, Subject Matter Experts and technical trainers from various departments like – Safety, Quality, Finance,Maintenance, HR, Service, Product Training…. anyone who needs to share knowledge with others in the organization
