Managing Quaranteams

Program Details

Quaranteams is a term coined to describe teams that are used to co-working but due to the pandemic situation have been forced to work from home. The challenges of not spending time together often reflect badly on team engagement and team work. This begins with the acceptance that the scenario could be here to stay, even beyond the pandemic. The program covers the following
– Overview of managerial competencies
-Understanding of emerging challenges and ways to approach them
– Understanding concepts of empathy and engagement
